TR Building & Interiors was appointed by SELECT GROUP UAE to undertake the sensitive refurbishment and restoration of a magnificent Grade II listed building situated at the prestigious entrance to the Fairmont The Mere Golf Resort & Spa. Positioned within an estate whose rich history can be traced back to the Domesday Book, this elegant 18th-century property required a carefully considered approach that respected its architectural heritage while delivering modern functionality.

The project comprised extensive conservation and refurbishment works, including specialist stone and masonry repairs to restore the building’s historic character, together with comprehensive roofing works to preserve the integrity of the structure for future generations.
